Famee Furlane is an association of Friulian immigrants and their families. This event was co-sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute of Vancouver. Barbara-Jo's Books to Cooks was also present to sell copies of Flavors of Friuli. After Elisabeth's hour-long slide presentation, over one hundred guests enjoyed samples of baccalà in bianco, esse di Raveo, fave dei morti, and gubana. Thank you to all the volunteers who made this event possible!
